We run group fitness classes catering for youth to the over 55's and everything in between.

Our status as a private wellness hub means that ALL are welcome under all traffic light settings.

We have a creche running for many of our classes which makes it perfect for mums or families.

AIMEE  - Head Coach

I am a mother of 4 children, Jaeda (13), Lyric (10), Mya (7), and Marlee (4).  I was born and raised in Whitianga and I’ve always had a passion for sports and fitness.

After my last child, I was determined to get back into shape and I instantly took a liking to Rachel’s classes as they combined resistance training, gymnastics, and cardio.

I began to see the results that I had dreamed of achieving, not only in my body transformation but also in my sports, netball, touch, and kickboxing.

Coaching for me is so rewarding, and it is the BEST feeling when I see my Whiti Cross WOD family smashing out their goals and achievements.

KAT  - Kids and Youth Coach

I am a proud mama to 5, and am happily married.

After having my children I found that I had lost myself while trying to be the best mama and wife I could be. That’s where my fitness journey began. I took a huge leap of faith and decided to join up to Whiti Cross WOD’s 6 Week Transformation Challenge and I have never looked back.

I absolutely love lifting weights and smashing my goals. Not only has this journey helped me mentally, physically, and emotionally but I have found a new passion in helping others achieve this themselves.

BREEZE  - Coach

My name is Breeze Tuheke, but everyone knows me as “Breezey”.

I’m 24 years old, born in Te Kuiti, raised in Maungaturoto, and now living in Whitianga.

I am a Proud Mamā to a beautiful little girl named Aaliya. She is 4 years old. We have been living in Whitianga for almost 6 years now.  We enjoy exploring the outdoors together and playing sports ( Netball, Touch, Rugby League) and swimming.

To be able to step up to the role of Coach to my fellow members. Helping them achieve their goals to become healthy, strong and fit is truly a blessing and I’m honoured.

The gym for me isn’t just about working out. We are a family.  We encourage you. We support you. We are happy to help. This is why the gym is my second home.

CLAUDIA  - Coach

I am a mama to 4 beautiful boys and we have recently made the move from the big smoke to Whitianga and loving it!

We are a very adventurous family who loves the outdoors especially fishing, hunting, rock climbing, camping, the lot.

Over the past few years, I have developed such a passion for personal training. Helping others to become the best versions of themselves is definitely one of my biggest drives and as an added bonus it is such a rewarding feeling!

Now that I'm studying for my PT Cert I'm excited to expand my knowledge for myself and to share  all my learnings from the course so that we can all become fitter, stronger, and of course healthier together.

JENNIFER - Creche Manager

My name is Nollene Jennifer Loumoli and I was born in California USA, raised in the Island of Tonga.

I am happily married and blessed with 4 children, 2 boys, and 2 girls. Our family moved to Whitianga over a year ago to help and support youth ministry but based at Crossroad Encounter Fellowship.

As a family we love to play music, dance and swim. Things I like to do in my free time (besides eating) are sleeping mosaic artwork, cooking, and a good workout at the gym.
